🧹Clean Books is the new accounting app from Nerd Enterprises, Inc. — a founder-led company in Burbank, California, started in 2003 and led by Seth David, a 30-year accountant who has spent his entire career inside the software the rest of the industry settles for.

He started college as a computer science major, left for Wall Street, then came back for an accounting degree in 1996. Building an accounting app closes a loop that opened forty years ago.

Existing tools were built decades ago, then patched with AI like an afterthought. 🧹Clean Books is the opposite: AI-born, true AI-native, and shaped from day one by someone who actually knows what bookkeepers need at the end of a long month-end.
